For the first time ever, I have recruited three separate people in one day all in separate appointments, yes the leads were from my Area Manager (thank you!), I have had to follow them up, prepare, appoint, get their POBs on my Essex-Reps site, explain it all, give the books and am really really pleased to have managed 3 in one day!!!
It was a great day, 6am ironing and sending out my CV for other roles, school run, boot sale with Mum for the whole morning, two appointment (driving there with my roof down in the lovely sunshine!), schoool run, cheat dinner (KFC!), drop off to guides and an appointment this evening! A packed day, but still fitted it all in around my daughter and even spent the evening chatting to my buddy in France, whilst preparing my double books to cover the next campaign!
Will be glad to get off to bed in a minute! Sending all my newbies positive thoughts, that they will hit at least their MOV with just a few days to get those first orders rolling in.........
