I read a fantastic article last night on Avon Connects by Mandy Mathews (an Executive Sales Leader for AVON) and decided that I needed to have a dedicated username just for AVON on Facebook.

Getting my PRP on Facebook

I went on facebook and put up a link to my Personal Recruitment Page to get people to be Sales Leaders in my team.

The message on my homepage went like this:

And then I sent a longer message to a couple of my closer friends, who I think would be interested in earning a bit of extra cash - that was a private inbox message and it went like this:

Already the response was quite good and probably will have one sign up from sending out 6 personal messages like that.
