Deliveries for Customers and Reps

Today was area 484 delivery day for Campaign 7. As usual I was happy to receive deliveries for some of my own Reps and a couple of others that my Area Manager asked if I wouldn't mind...

So the doorbell goes at 8:10am and Avon Delivery Guy brings in 5 stacks of brochure packs and 10 AVON boxes and a stack of nice bags! I had a chat with him about coming a bit earlier and next time he is going to come at 6am on his way past - which suits me fine, as I will be up for school/work most days - I said as long as he doesn't mind meeting me in my ONESIE LOL!


So, I texted my own Reps to let them know their deliveries are here and they can collect them anytime and then got straight down to preparing my own customer's orders... For the first time I had a couple of missed items (I mean completely missing, not on the order or anything) - but I called AVON and they were happy to send me out the items that had been missed at no extra charge, they will arrive in 7 - 10 days.

I got on with all the usual stuff that a Rep does on this day, bagging up with brochures, putting samples in, popping around to my customers, texting those who need a bit of notice, leaving calling cards if people were out and collecting money if they were in - AND of course this time I was able to give out our lovely ESSEX-REPS Loyalty Cards too :)

Later this evening, my nearest Rep popped by to pick up her delivery, She is the newest and came with a card and flowers for me for all the help I have given her - she is lovely - this is my job, she didn't have to do that - but it feels really nice to know that my efforts are appreciated. She had three boxes, so my daughter and I took a few minutes to help her carry them home.

Then a little later still another of my Reps picked by to pick hers up - I wouldve loved her to stay a little longer, but she was with her son, so we had a little mini-natter and I do hope to see her over the weekend or later in the week for a proper catch up.

A little bit of paperwork and sorting out later - got a bag ready with brochures, calling book, returns book and all the other necessary paperwork to recruit a lady this week and I will set that appointment up by text or phone over the weekend - I think we said middle or end of next week - which will be fine - I am all ready :)

I will find out by early next week if I am officially a Sales Leader - I feel like one - so if that is anything to go by, I am in with a good chance :)
