I've had a good start with AVON because I was signed on by a fab Area Manager who has helped me tons along my AVON journey so far. She has supported me exactly how you would want to be supported, she has been there fore me when I've misunderstood, when I've got it wrong, when I needed some boosting, some extra ideas and motivation. She has been fab and I'ma bit sad because she is going back to her old area.
Luckily it isn't too far away, and I will still have a good deal of contact and chances to work with her - and I think we've got quite a good bond too, so I am pretty sure we will stay in touch.
I am probably through the worst of the teething issues as a Trainee Sales Leader, though really really want to make it to Sales Leader during her riegn on this area - to do her proud! I hope the new Area Manager will be as supportive as she has been in my quest for success as an AVON Sales Leader.
