AVON ASL - Advanced Sales Leader is my next target

So having reached Sales Leader status, I am all set and firing ahead towards the next goal of "Advanced Sales Leader".

What do I need to do to get to that level?

I will need to work hard at it and support my team - that's for sure.  I need to have 25 representatives (of which I have already half-way there - so that bit should be a doddle) and I need to get 2 of them to Sales Leader status themselves (that bit rather depends on who is motivated and enthusiastic enough to put in the effort, and of course dependent upon how well I am as a Sales Leader, leading my team.  We will need group sales of £3,920 and I need personal sales of £220 (the personal sales is ok and if my representatives are well trained and motivated by me then the group sales shouldn't be a problem either).

I will be pulling out all of the stops to get myself to the next level asap.  My goal is go get there within 3 months but I would be much happier if I could do it in half that time really!
